2-CV-5209 ooeration hindrance was caused b'y cackina deterioration and accocoanyina seizure to shaft. Shaft was cleaned, reoacked, and the valve tested satisfactorily. FCR 80-0017 and 80-1012 which add a rub-berlined spoolcicce and rubberlined valve uostream of this valve have been imnlemented and eliminate the need for this valve. 2-CV-520' das been locked ooen and removed from surveillance test coverace.
