This procedure is entered from EP-4 (Level Restoration) when the folicwing occur simultanecusly:
((7 2.1 RPV level cannot be restored.and maintained above 0" TAF as reac on tne _,uel tone instrumentation:
P601 - RER Secticn - 321-R615 P601 - RCIC Section - 321-R610

_/ 7 2.2 RPV e ressure is less than 50 psig (RCIC low stea= pressure isolation setpoint) and not increasing.
3.0 OPERATOR ACTIOUS

Ccoldewn rates greater than 100 F/hr =ay be attained when performing step 3.1.

/__7 3.1 Cpen. all ADS valves.
/_7 3.2 If less than ei=ht ADS valves are cpened, oren . other SRV's until a total of eight va19es ars opened.
/_7 3.3 Maintain Suppression Pool water level greater than 14'6" to ensure the NPSE requirements for the HPCS gnd LPCS pu=ps with a maximum Suppression Pool temperature of 212"F.
f7 3.4 Inject water into the RPV frc= the Suppression Peel with the folicwing systems:
3.4.1 HPCS (04-1-01-E22-1 step later) .
3.4.2 LPCS (04-1-01-E21-1 step later)
((7 3.5 When RPV pressure is less than 128 psig, verify HPCS cr LPCS is s c. r a .v i n c. the core as follcws:

Restoration
((7 3.5.2 Verify LPCS is spraying the core by observing:
- b. LPCS flow is approximately 7115 gp=.
- c. LPCS =inimum flow valve (E21-F011) and test return valve (E21-F012) indicate closed.
((7 3.6 If HPCS or LPCS is scraying the core, secure all other injection inte tne RPt' frc= sources external to the containment.
