Isolation signals are: -150" RPV water level 3 x N bkg. Main Steam line high radiation 203psid Main Steam line flow Later OF Main Steam line high space temperature 23 inches Hg Condenser low vacuum 850psig Main Steam line pressure at turbine inlet low pressure 3.0 OPERATOR ACTIONS 3.1 For each entry condition, confirm or initiate all of the following: f[7 3.1.1 RPh water level less than +10" initiates : a. Reactor Scram ((7 3.1.2 Drywell pressure greater than +1.75psig initiates : a. Reactor Scram b. Diesel Generators start c. ECCS initiation for HPCS, LPCS and LPCI 1 ((7 3.1.3 Group I Isolation i.-itiates: a. 53IV closure l b. Main Steam line drains closure f[7 3.2 Enter CNEP 05-1-02-I-l (Reactor Scram) and execute con-currently with this procedure. CAUTION Avoid RPV High Water Level Trip (+52") of RFPT's, RCIC, l and HPCS injection valve (E22-F004). I l

The choice of using the following systems may vary with plant conditions. It is preferred that the minimum number of systems be used to accomplish the water level restoration. 2:7 3.3 Restore and maintain 'RPv water level between +10" and +5 2" with the following systems: SYSTEM PRESSURE RANGES ((7 3.3.1 Feedwater (preferred) (1103 - O psig) z7 3.2.2 Cao (1103 - O psig) f]7 3.3.3 RCIC (1103 - 50 psig) f]7 3.3.4 HPCS (1103 - O psig) ((7 3.3.5 LPCS (500 - O psig) f:7 3.3.6 Condensate sooster (435 - O psig) ((7 3.3.7 Condensate (270 - O psig) ((7 3.3.8.,LPCI (310 - O psig) ~/7 3.4 If RPV water level cannot be restored and maintained above +10", ~~ maintain RPV water level above TAF. i l NOTE 1 l TAF = 0" as read en fuel zone instrumentation: (1) P601 - RHR Section - S21-R615 1 (2) P601 - RCIC Section - 321-R610 f:7 3.5 If SRv's are cycling, manually open one SRv and reduce RPv pressure to approximately 883 psig (150 psig below the lowest SRV lif t l pressure of 1033 psig after low low set 29 actuatedl. l l f_/ 3.5.1 If depressurization must be repeated to prevent SRV cycling l alternate SRV to equalize suppressicn pool heating using l Figure A as a guide. l 1 l l SEE FIGURE A - NEXT PAGE .t; i e 1 1 -
