SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SON) - UNIT 2 - STARTUP REPORT FOR UNIT 2 CYCLE 9 OPERATION In accordance with the requirements of SON Technical Specifications 6.9.1.1, 6.9,1.2, and 6.9.1.3, the enclosure provides the Restart Physics Test Summary of plant startup and power escalation testing following installation of Framatome Cogema Fuels Mark BW fuel assemblies. This summary report covers restart physics tests conducted during the first 24 effective full-power days between October 11, 1997, and November 30, 1997.
