November 11 tripped, on Lo-Lo Steam Generator Level in the "C" Steam i Gene ra tor , after the running main feed pump tripped due to low condensate pressure.
November 12 The reactor was taken critical at 0345 hours0.00399 days <br />0.0958 hours <br />5.704365e-4 weeks <br />1.312725e-4 months <br /> on the 12th through and power was escalated to a nominal value of 100% to .

trip, of fsite power was lost when all four (4) KV buses tra ns ferred to offsite power then recl osed on- the de-energized onsite buses. The Unit remained shutdown until the 21st.
