November 1 The Unit was ope ra ting at a reduced power level of through approximately 80 percent as condenser tube cleaning in November 2 the main condenser continued. Maintenance work was completed and power ascension to 100 percent was

November 13 The Unit was in Operational Mode I with a power through coas tdown in progress prior to the beginning of the November 30 Sixth Refueling Outage.
The Reactor Coolant System was at a normal operating pressure and temperature.

Gene ra tor, after the running main feed pump tripped due to low condensate pressure.
November 12 The reactor was taken critical at 0345 hours0.00399 days <br />0.0958 hours <br />5.704365e-4 weeks <br />1.312725e-4 months <br /> on the 12th through and power was escalated to a nominal value of 100% to November 16 demonstrate commercial availability.
1 November 17 Commerci al operation was declared at 0900 hours0.0104 days <br />0.25 hours <br />0.00149 weeks <br />3.4245e-4 months <br /> on the through 17th.
At 1406 hours0.0163 days <br />0.391 hours <br />0.00232 weeks <br />5.34983e-4 months <br /> on the 17th, the turbine tripped November 20 from 100% power due to an inadvertent thrust bear 4eg trip signal.
For approximately 5 minutes following the trip, of fsite power was lost when all four (4) KV buses tra ns ferred to offsite power then recl osed on-the de-energized onsite buses.
The Unit remained shutdown until the 21st.
November 21 At 1830 hours0.0212 days <br />0.508 hours <br />0.00303 weeks <br />6.96315e-4 months <br /> on the 21st, the reactor was taken through c ri tical.
At 1513 hours0.0175 days <br />0.42 hours <br />0.0025 weeks <br />5.756965e-4 months <br /> on the 22nd, the Unit was November 24 synchronized to the grid and power was escalated to a nominal value of 85% while the "B" feedwater pump was removed from service for maintenance.
The Unit remained at a nominal value of 85% until 0605 hours0.007 days <br />0.168 hours <br />0.001 weeks <br />2.302025e-4 months <br /> on the 24th when the "B" feed pump was placed in service.
Power was then escalated to a nominal value of 100%.
November 25 The Unit operated at a nominal value of 100% output.
