Enclosed for your review is the Far Field Acoustic Testing Report for the Indian Point Energy Center (IPEC).Alert and Notification System sirens in enclosure 1. This submittal is being provided in accordance with the IPEGCsiren project schedule. The.Far-Field Measurement Methodology was previously submitted by reference 1.
Enclosure 2 is an Entergy matrix of open issues that FEMA has brought to my staff's attention post design report submission. Each open issue has been addressed as listed on the attached matrix.
Revised and additional sections of the design report previously submitted by reference 2 are provided in enclosure 3. The revised design report sections reflect final siren locations and the incorporation of the most recent far field acoustic measurements.
