Exception by Applicant to tne Partial Initial Decision may, be made'n-necessary if the Licensin'g Board grants reconsideration and makes a determination thereon favorable to Applicant.

Therefore; Applicant has no objection to the Staff's motion, provided it is granted an extension of time equivalent to that granted the Staff, and Applicant hereby requests such extension.
