APPLXCANT'S RESPONSE TO NRC STAFF'S MOTXON FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FXLE EXCEPTIONS On March 7, 1975, the NRC Staff filed its Motion for extension of time to file exceptions to the Licensing -$3oard s Partial Initial Decision, dated February 28, 1975. Applicant was served with a copy of said d'ecision by mail on March 4,
. " 1975. Accordingly, Applicant's exceptions are timely if filed prior to March 14, 1975.
I'he Staff has requested an extension of time, until March 19, 1975, within which to file a Petition for Reconsideration of certain aspects of the decision. Applicant, in its response to the Staff's motion, has requested a similar extension of time within which to file a petition for reconsideration. Exception
by Applicant to tne Partial Initial Decision may, be made'n-necessary if the Licensin'g Board grants reconsideration and makes a determination thereon favorable to Applicant. Therefore; Applicant has no objection to the Staff's motion, provided it is granted an extension of time equivalent to that granted the Staff, and Applicant hereby requests such extension.
