MOTION OF FLORIDA POWER 6 LIGHT COMPANY FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR APPEAL OF ORDER RULING ON PETITION. FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE On April 5, 1977, an Atomic Safety and Licensing. Board issued a Memorandum and Order ruling on. a petition for leave to intervene and request for antitrust hearing sub-mitted in the above-captioned dockets.

Due to the complexity of the issues presented by the'icensing Board's ruling, Florida Power 6 Light Company respectfully.requests that the time for filing of appeals pursuant to 10 CFR 52.714a be extended for two (2) weeks, until April 29, 1977.
