herein notifies the Licensing Board and the parties that it has updated the hearing file. In

accordance with the Board's Memorandum and Order of April 17, 2007, at 8, the Staff is not

updating its mandatory disclosures, but will inform the Board if information warranting disclosure comes to light.

An index containing the ADAMS accession number, date, and title or description of each item in this supplement is appended hereto as Attachment 1.
