Nuclear Liability Insurance Coverage The purpose of this letter is to provide the NRC with proof of financial protection in the form of nuclear liability insurance for the Maine Yankee Plant in accordance with 10 CFR 140.15( e). Type of Coverage and Markets Limits Purchased Primary Nuclear Liability Insurance American Nuclear Insurers $100 Million Total $100 Million Attachment 1 provides the pertinent endorsements effective January 1, 2017. The Policy Aggregate Limit stated in paragraph A.l. of Section VIII, AMOUNT OF INSURANCE AVAILABLE, as amended by Endorsement Nos. 7 & 18, is further amended to read $450 million. The increase in the Policy Limit provided by this endorsement applies only with respect to obligations assumed and expenses incurred because of bodily injury under all workers' claims that qualify for coverage under this policy caused from the effective date of this endorsement to the date of termination or expiration of this policy. 2.
