2023 Individual Monitoring NRC Form 5 Report In accordance with 10 CFR 20.2206(6), Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company (Maine Yankee) submitted the electronic data file of NRC Form 5 information for each individual monitored at Maine Yankee during 2023 via the Radiation Exposure Information and Reporting System (REIRS) web page. The file was reviewed and accepted.

In addition, Maine Yankee notes that no individuals received greater than or equal to 100 mRem during calendar year 2023. Thus, no reports were required to be sent to individuals in accordance with 10 CFR 19.13.
