The attachment to this letter provides the STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) response to the apparent violations listed in Reference 1. Reference 1 closes out unresolved issues identified in Reference 2. Corrective actions identified in the attachment will be tracked and implemented in accordance with the STPNOC Corrective Action Program.

A time extension was granted by the NRC to submit this response letter by March 31,2021, instead of 30 days following receipt of Reference 1.

There are no commitments in this letter.

STPNOC requests that the Attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
