PROCEEDINGS ACTING CHAIRMAN MERRIFIELD: Madam Secretary?
MS. VIETTI-COOK: This is on Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, the Millstone Nuclear Station, Units 2 and 3. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards submission of a certified question to the Commission. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which grants review of the certified question and expresses the Commission intention to consider, sua sponte, three other questions related to Suffolk Countys late-filed contention. The Memorandum and Order establishes a filing schedule for briefs and responses. Would you please affirm your votes?
ACTING CHAIRMAN MERRIFIELD: Aye.
COMMISSIONER JACZKO: Aye.
COMMISSIONER LYONS: Aye.
Chairman Diaz had previously voted to approve this Memorandum and Order and had he been present he would have affirmed his prior vote. Thats all I have.
