PROCEEDINGS CHAIRMAN MESERVE: Good Morning. Before we turn to the subject of this mornings meeting, we have two items in the nature of an Affirmation Session that we need to deal with. Madam Secretary, you may proceed.
MS. VIETTI-COOK: The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to a petition for reconsideration of the Commissions decision in CLI-01-24 filed by Connecticut Coalition Against Millstone and the STAR Foundation. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which denies the petition for reconsideration of CLI-01-24. Would you please affirm your votes?
CHAIRMAN MESERVE: Aye.
COMMISSIONER DICUS: Aye.
COMMISSIONER DIAZ: Aye.
COMMISSIONER MCGAFFIGAN: Aye.
COMMISSIONER MERRIFIELD: Aye.
MS. VIETTI-COOK: The second item the Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to Georgians Against Nuclear Energys (GANE) motion for reconsideration of CLI-01-28. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which denies GANEs motion for reconsideration of CLI-01-28. Would you please affirm your votes?
