On May 11, 2006, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) submitted a proposed request for relief (RR-59) for a temporary non-Code repair of a service water piping pinhole leak downstream of Q2P16V560. The request for relief was to remain in effect until the next refueling outage or the next Unit 2 cold shutdown greater than 30 days, whichever occurred first. Pursuant to the submittal of the request for relief, the subject pinhole leak was repaired during the Unit 2 outage (2R18).
