The purpose of this letter is to provide       the   remaining responses to NRC requests Nos. 4 through

As noted   in Reference 2 of the cover letter, both shift advisor candidates are currently licensed operators at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) and as such, they have provided the required medical information to the NRC pursuant to 10 CFR 55.33(a)(6). In addition, any significant changes in their physical condition must be reported to the NRC by SONGS in accordance with 10 CFR 55.11(a)(1). Therefore, we believe that appro-priate medical qualification requirements will be maintained during their involvement at PVNGS.
As noted in Reference 2 of the cover letter, both shift advisor candidates are currently licensed operators at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) and as such, they have provided the required medical information to the NRC pursuant to 10 CFR 55.33(a)(6).
In addition, any significant changes in their physical condition must be reported to the NRC by SONGS in accordance with 10 CFR 55.11(a)(1).
