Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1, including the containment structure, the reactor building, the control building, the auxiliary building and areas associated with post-accident monitoring and sampling, the radwaste building, office and service building, the turbine building, the security buildi.ng, and the service water building, for the purposes authorized in Section 2.741(a) (1) and (2).
Thus, Suffolk County purposes are " inspection and measuring, surveying, photographing, testing,
[and] sampling" in the areas designated in this Request.

Suffolk County requssts that the visit commence on March 10, 1982 at 9:30 A.M. (in the event that the Pre-hearing Conference on March 9, 1982 is completed on March 9) and continue until completed. Alternatively, in the event that the Prehearing Conference continues through March 10, Suffolk County requests that the site visit commence as soon as practicable on March 10 after the Conference is com-pleted, and that the visit continue on the succeeding days until completed. Those persons participating in the visit are:
