On January 26, 1982, a telephone report was made to Mr. W.A. Crossman regarding suspect crimped terminal lugs in the main control panels at Wolf Creek Generating Station. The above-referenced letter provided an interim report on this pot.ential 10CFR50.55(e) item. On April 1, 1982, a telephone report was made to Mr. R.E. Hall advising that additional suspect crimped terminal lugs have been found in the auxiliary relay racks and local control stations furnished by the same vendor.
