Fairbanks Horse Engine Division (FHED), notified Baltimore Gas end Electric Co.(BG&E) vfa Engineering Report No.: R-5.08-4306 that the Fuel Injection Erosion Sleeves (part number 03730049) experienced accelerated wear during a 2000 hour endurance test.
