Bechtel Power Corporation, our Architect / Engineer and Constructor, has advised us that items of equipment supplied by Brown-Boveri contain 67 Agastat model E-7000 relays. These relays may exhibit a time and temperature based bleedout of fluid which could result in shorter time delays than those set on the relay dial.
