Investigation, initiated uhen movment of the HPCI steam i                     supply line was noted, revealed that the steam supply line drain pot was not draining through the out1ct steam trap nor had the drain pot i                     high 1cyc1 switch, LS-3-23-90, actuated to open the steam trap bypass valve. This allowed accumulation of water in the steam supply line.
