The leakage into the plant is currently being contained, and actions are in progress to identify the source. The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality was notified at 1500 CDT today [5/12/14].  This event is being reported in accordance with 10 CFR 50.72(b)(2)(xi) as an event requiring notification of the state government.
