Action on Previous Findings (Closed) Deviation (Report No. 99900313/77-01): Contrary to para-graph 6.3.3 and 6.4.1 of the ASME accepted QA Manual, shop travelers were revised without review by the Authorized Nuclear Inspector. It was verified that instructions were issued to the Quality Engineers and a training session given which addressed this deviation.
