Attached is the notice for the meeting with NEl to receive its suggestions regarding altematives to the self-and parent-guarantees financial test currently in Appendices A and C to 10 CFR Part 30. NEl has previously commented in the reactor decommissioning financial assurance rulemaking that it does not believe the financial test in the regulations is appropriate for licensees of Part 50 power reactors The meeting notice is broad enough to encompass other matters that NEl may wish to raise regarding the proposed rule changes.

This will be a public meeting and if attendance is similar to previous meetings with NEl regarding the proposed rule, may be attended by the press.
