Accidents I have reviewed the Licensee's analysis provided by Mr. Dignan and I am reminded of a story told by one of my law school professors in an exam seminar.
It seems that our hero was studying for a biology exam and every exam in recorded history i
i had a question asking students to explain the inner workings of a snake.
Hpwever, when he opened his exam, there was no " snake" question.
Finally, he came to a question about an elephant.
After some thought, he was stuck with an inspired thought.
He 1
wrote "An elephant is a very large animal with a nose like a i
snake.
Now a snake
" and proceeded to describe a snake.
