On February 6, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. T. F. Westerman of a deficiency involving the control of stamps used to identify super hilti kwik bolts.
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). We have submitted an interim report logged TXX-4728, dated March 7, 1986.
The final determination of this issue will be based upon review of actual conditions as documented by nonconformance reports.
This evaluation will be conducted by Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation. We anticipate submitting our next report by June 27, 1986.
