Dear Mr. Johnson:
On February 6, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. T. Westerman of a deft-ciency involving the control of stamps used to identify super hilti kwik bolts. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.55(e). Currently field inspections have iden-tified pipe supports possibly affected by this issue.
