The Westinghouse Owners Group (WOG) has undertaken a program to generically address item (a) of the bulletin. A description of the program was transmitted to the NRC in a letter from L. D. Butterfield to Tom Novak dated March 18, 1986.       The results of the WOG program, which was completed in April of 1986, provide each member utility with a methodology for the completion of the plant specific portion of item (a) of the bulletin.
