and labels as required by 10 CFR Sections 32.51 and 32.51a. Labels and

instructions provided by the manufacturers with sealed sources and devices

shall not be removed or altered by the licensee.

The licensee shall maintain transfer records and submit quarterly transfer

reports to NRC and Agreement States in accordance with 10 CFR Section 32.52.

The licensee shall conduct a physical inventory every six (6) months to account

for all sources and/or devices received and possessed under the license.

Records of the inventories shall be maintained for two (2) years from the date

of each inventory.
