EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATION INSPECTION - LACROSSE BOILING WATER REACTOR This letter confirms the dates of January 5-9, 1987, for the NRC Environmental Qualification (EQ) Inspection of electrical and instrumentation equipment, at the Lacrosse Boiling Water Reactor. These dates were established during a December 15, 1986, telephone conversation between Mr. B. Brimer of your staff and Mr. A. S. Gautam of my staff. The inspection will be performed by a six member inspection team with Mr. A. S. Gautam of the Region III office as lead inspector.
