June 29, 1986 at 0017, Reactor Trip occurred while Unit was at 935 MW - 100% power.

The trip signal as generated by Lo Level in 'C' steam generator concurrent with a Steam Flow / Feed Flow mismatch.

This occurred af ter two Main Feedwater Pumps tripped on low suction pressure.

Repairs were made and on June 30, 1986 at 0136, the Unit returned on line.
