Description of Occurrence The fire barrier penetrations ~were breached'during new construction on the Non-Nucinar Instrumentation (NNI) under Work Request 149681. At the same time, extensive work was being performed associated with the evaluation and repair of the Auxiliary Feedwater (AFH) System following the' January 31 AFH System overpressurization. .The decision was made to continue the assignment of resources resolving the overpressurization issue since compensatory action had been taken by posting an hourly firewatch.
