In accordance with your application dated September 15,1997, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title l 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP-1 is hereby amended to

revise Technical Safety Requirement 2.3.4.7 on the product and tails withdrawal facilities

criticality accident alarm systems. Accordingly. Condition 9 has been revised to include the l date of September 15,1997. This amendment becomes effective 15 days from the date of j issuance. f All other conditions of this certificate shall ect,.ain the same. -

Enclosed is a copy of the revised Certificate of Compliance.
