i The staff has reviewed the application and determined that the changes will not have a significant impact on workers' health and safety, and do not reduce the effectiveness nor responsibilities of the safety-related functions. Therefore, the request is acceptable.
On April 24, 1986, the staff discussed the amendment application with J. Roth, Region I, Facility Inspector, and he foresaw no safety-related problem with the issuance of this license amendment.
In accordance with 10 CFR 51.22(c)(14)(v), neither an Environmental Impact Statement nor an Environmental Assessment is warranted for this proposed action.
