DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Supplement No. I to License Amendment Request Dated May 17, 1985 In our License Amendment Request dated May 17, 1985 we submitted proposed Technical Specification changes which would allow the use of steam generator tube sleeving repairs. The purpose of this letter is to supplement our May 17, 1985 request with proprietary versions of the two Westinghouse topical reports included as Appendices C and D of that submittal.

Enclosed are:

1. Eight copies of WCAP 10756, " Prairie Island Units 1 and 2 Steam Generator Sleeving (Mechanical Sleeves)", Westing-house Proprietary Class 2, January, 1985.

2. Eight copies of WCAP 10815, " Prairie Island Units 1 and 2 Steam Generator Sleeving (Brazed Sleeves)", Westinghouse Proprietary Class 2, January, 1985.

Aleo enclosed are Westinghouse authorization letters CAW-85-022 and CAW-85-027 and accompanying affidavits.

These reports contain information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation as .upported by the affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information. The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
