Complete The Core Performance Branch has completed the review of the General Electric topical report NEDE-24011 Amendment 8 and our evaluation is attached. We find the methods explained in this topical meet the stability criteria set forth in General Design Criteria 10 and 12 provided they are used within the bounds described in the staff position in Section 4.0 of our Safety Evaluation.

This SER includes the evaluation of NEDE-22277-P.1 which was enclosed in our memo of April 5, 1985. Since NEDE-22277-P-1 is referenced in NEDE-24011, this SER supersedes and is a replacement for " Staff Evaluation of GE Topical Report NEDE-22277.P-1," dated April 5,1985.
