Virgil C. Sumter Nuclear Station Docket No. 50/395 Technical Specifications

Dear Mr. Denton:

The tank volumes listed in the March 3, 1982, Revision of the Proof and Review Copy of the Technical Specifications for the Virgil C. Sumner Nuclear Station were usable gallons. The volumes have been converted to contained volumes as described in the bases for these Specifications. Also the maximum contained volume has been eliminated for refueling water storage tank because the tank overfloe line will prevent overfilling. The affected pages are enclosed.
