Maine Yankee Quality Assurance Program - Biennial Update Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.7l(e)(4), 10 CFR 71.106, 10 CFR 50.4, and 10 CFR 71.1, Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company (Maine Yankee) is submitting a periodic update of the Maine Yankee Quality Assurance Program to the NRC. No changes have been made to the Maine Yankee Quality Assurance Program, since the submittal of Revision 36 in the biennial update dated November 1, 2016 (Reference 1).
This letter contains no commitments.
