The following is in response to an inspection conducted by Mr. C. M. Erb on October 31 through November 3, 1978 of activities at LaSalle County Station. Reference (a) indicated that certain activities appeared to be in noncompliance .Jith NRC requirements. These requirements are addressed in the enclosure to this letter.
