In accordance with your letter of December 4,1972, regarding the numbers and systems utilizing Limitorque Model SM800 and SMB-000 operators, the following information is submitted.
Florida Power Corporation Crystal River Unit $3 has installed or is in the process of installing 17 Model SMB 00, 61 Model SMB-000 and 12 models un-identified at this time for a total of 78 known operators of this type and a possibility of 90. All of these valves are in the category of early to mid 1971 vintage valves. Specifically, the valves and systems are as follows:
