By Reference 1, Entergy submitted Pilgrim Third Ten-Year In-service Inspection Program Relief Request, PRR-42. In March 2007, NRC requested additional information (RAI) to complete their review of PRR-42.Subsequently, NRC Staff and Pilgrim personnel held a conference call to discuss the NRC RAI. Due to the extensive resources needed to address the RAI it will take until September to respond to the RAI. Accordingly, Pilgrim withdraws the relief request and will resubmit it as PRR-42, Revision 1 by September 15, 2007 with the requested information.
