Cardenas, R. Costa, and P.Lee) performed a licensing site visit at Southern California Edison (SCE) San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS). The staff met with SCE licensing and security staff for the review of SCE submittal to the NRC, dated May 7, 2007, on planned changes to SONGS Physical Security and Safeguards Contingency Plans.
