Subsequently, Consumers Power Company has these commitments with the NRC staff. This review included c:o.nsi:ier.ation of NRC letter dated October 30, 1979 which provided clarification of certain requirements of NUREG-0578, "TI1I-2 Lessons I.earned 7ask Force Statu;:; Report and* Short-Term Recommendations." As a result of this subsequent*::eview, Consumers Power Campany has agreed to implement the NUREG-0578 i.-econunendations consistent with the schedule specified therein. Specifically:

Palisades Plant The Palisades Plant. is currently shut down for a refueling outage. All "implementation Category A" items (ie, those with completion dates of " January 1, 1980) will be completed prior to start-up.
