Note: No CAT-2 sequences were in the top 38 sequences. An examination of lower CDF sequences indicated that CAT-2 frequency is expected to be at the order of 1E-08, which is used in this table.

A more rigourous calculation can be done by examining the cutsets with B1 and B2 seal failures coincident with AFW failures.
