EXAMINATION RESULTS LETTER NO. 50-128/OL-14-02, TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY, REVISED

Dear Dr. McDeavitt:

This letter forwards to you revised personal privacy information associated with the operator licensing examinations administered during the week of June 9, 2014. On July 22, 2014 we received an informal review request letter from an applicant who failed the written examination and received a proposed denial of his operator license. The staff reviewed the applicant's contention and overturned the proposed license denial. This information supplements the publicly available information in the examination report to show that all candidates passed the examination. Enclosure 1 lists individual grades for all candidates. Enclosure 2 includes the individual's corrected candidate summary (license/denial letters and supporting documentation).
