Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI).Additionally, pursuant to the General Requirements and Conditions of the Technical Specifications for Certificate of Compliance 1004, §1.1.7 "Special Requirements for First System in Place", a summary is provided of the thermal performance of Dry Shielded Canister (DSC) REG32PT-S125-A16-003 as it represents the highest heat load for the R.E. Ginna ISFSI to date.This letter contains no NRC commitments.
