On December 10, 2013, at 5:23 a.m. (CST), the licensee completed cooling down Unit 2 to cold shutdown. The licensee is currently working to secure the emergency diesel generator and power both safety-related buses with off-site power. Unit 1 is operating at 100 percent power. | |||

This preliminary notification constitutes EARLY notice of events of POSSIBLE safety or public interest significance. The information is as initially received without verification or evaluation,
