In the parties' "Third Joint Status Report Regarding Proposed Track 2 Schedule" (June 28, 2016), the NRC Staff ("Staff") stated that it "presently expects that the results of its [Indian Point Unit 2 baffle-former bolt] inspections 'will be provided in an upcoming publicly available inspection report by August 15, 2016.'"
The Staff in NRC Region I has informed me that its second quarter 2016 integrated inspection report for Indian Point Units 2 and 3, which it had previously expected to issue today, has been delayed. The Staff currently expects to issue the inspection report within the next one to two weeks.
